We can help with what a specification says and does not say, which sizes exist, and how something behaves in use. We cannot look up an order, change a delivery date or take a return: those live with the retail partner where the order was placed.

What we can and cannot do
- Tell you what a piece is made of, how many shades are in it and what the packaging says about washing it off.
- Say which pieces build a particular look, and which of them you can skip.
- Point you at the guide that covers the face you are trying to paint.
Orders, delivery dates and returns live with the retail partner where the order was placed, and we cannot see them.
